Our ranch has fishing equipment as well as mountain bikes and pedal boats for your use. You may fish for trout all year round. Half day hiking trips are available from May to October.

In early spring and summer canoeing and kayaking are available for your enjoyment. Please remember that the complete program may not be available for those who stay less than a full week. During the evening you may find guests sitting around the campfire reading a book or having a coffee. Others may be learning to swing a rope, trying their hand at archery or with pellet guns.

Guests may also be seen relaxing in the sauna, in our nordic Red River and in our hot tub(the hot tub is available for you anytime during your stay). You are also welcome to try our small and large water slides.

Our place is one big kids paradise. A ranch vacation is an excellent natural experience for kids.
Our program is designed for families to do things together such as canoeing trips, or go paning for gold , meno hunt , treasure hunt and our tarzan trail. Besides the horse stables and animal farm our ranch is a giant playground.

If you would rather read a book or explore our entourage instead of going horseback riding our staff will be happy to take the children on a horseback trail.

Not all kids are interested in the activities and that is fine.They can ride with our cow-boys and cow-girls in the morning and afternoon if they like. Kids must be 6 years of age as of January to be a part of the hiking, canoeing, and horseback riding. Under 6 years old they may get on the horse with one of the parents.Parental guidance is required at all times.

WALKING

Two walks a week are available. An easy walk that brings you to falls and a harder one that will bring you to Beaver lake and to rapids. Your final destination will bring to a natural water hole with wild turtles.

CANOEING AND KAYAKING

These sports are available from April to September in the L’Assomption River. This is not a white water trip.

There is perhaps no better means to explore our acres and enjoy your Canadian winter vacation than snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. Whether you prefer a leisurely tour across a meadow or a spirited romp through the woods, snowshoeing or a cross-country skiing allows you the chance to enjoy our scenery and get great exercise!
